Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop prospective clients for design
∎ Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
∎ Develop visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
∎ Manage and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms.
∎ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
∎ Work closely with our design team to effectively showcase our portfolio and capabilities
∎ Plan and organize events, workshops, and webinars to engage potential clients.
∎ Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
∎ Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
∎ Proven track record in marketing, preferably within the design or construction sector.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
∎ Strong creative thinking abilities and a knack for generating innovative ideas.
∎ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
∎ A genuine passion for design and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Perfect candidate will ensure at least two design works in a month. Provided that he will get 5 percent or More incentive from each work.
Perfect Candidate will get opportunity to contract contractually also.
