∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience on Sales & Marketing of Plywood Board or Electronic Fan in any reputed organization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To organize, monitor the sales activities to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ To lead and monitor down the level personnel.
∎ To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces and traders.
∎ To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To serve as a link between management and Traders / Dealer by handling queries and resolving product related problems as soon as possible.
∎ To visit the market physically in regular basis.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Marketing.
∎ To give daily report to Head of Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.
∎ M&B Plywood Industries is a manufacturer of Plywood Board and Electronic Fan company looking for dynamic, hard-working, intelligent, and self-driven candidates for the below mentioned position. Required qualification, experience and salary packages are described below.
