∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare target based sales action plan, strategy & schedule sales activities.
∎ Apply innovative marketing idea and sales technique to increase market share.
∎ Plan capacity building training and farmers meeting in territory level.
∎ Travel to remote places at any locations in Bangladesh. Independently carry out activities of large trial plot.
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales.
∎ Be responsible for all of customer credit and account
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of your Company.
∎ Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationship with DAE people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in Seed/Fertilizer /Other Agro Products
∎ Motor cycle driving having license form BRTA.
∎ Able to maintain regular communication with government officers and NGO.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office is mandatory.
