Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Candidates with relevant real estate sales experience will be preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Must have practical experience in land-share sales and flat/apartment sales.

Experience in land/plot sales will be an added advantage.

Candidates with a proven sales record are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Good presentation and sales skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to visit project sites and meet clients.

Knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market will be an advantage.

• Promote and sell land shares, land plots, flats/apartments, and other real estate projects.

• Generate new sales leads through direct marketing, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.

• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project/site visits.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and regular follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth booking and sales procedures.

• Monthly salary: Tk. 25,000–100,000

• Attractive sales commission and performance incentives.
