∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting marketplace like Offices / Manufacturing units to evaluate sales performance.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of various offices and its implementation.
∎ Conducting sales force promotional assessment activities.
∎ Performing other related tasks as assigned by concerned management.
∎ Find out Market GAP, Uncovered offices/Manufacturing units & Customer feedback about NTCL product & services.
∎ Acts as the highest-ranking employee in the marketing department
∎ Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
∎ Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
∎ Maintains the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective
∎ Works with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives

∎ Self-Motivated, Self-Honest, Hardworking, well groomed, Leadership quality, Ability to work for a long time, ability to work under stress & limited time frame, ability to take responsibilities & frequently travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Creating and maintaining client relationships
∎ Self-motivated yet customer-focused
∎ Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
