Completed MBA & BBA in Marketing/Management candidates are preferable.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
- Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales target achievement capability and seek ways to better promote the business, the product line and service.
Analyze and adapt with new marketing polices & procedure.
Follow-up production plant and make sure on-time delivery of products and report the management daily basis.
Regularly visit the market to demonstrate, establish new business & product to the prospective clients.
Ensure on time report submission as per the requirement of management.
Cooperate with the total sales management of the company. Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
Scheduled visit the market and find out the potential customers for the business growth and report the management timely manner.
Prepare market report and suggest action plan based on competitors' activity.
Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
Any other tasks given by the management.
