Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in marketing from any reputed University
∎ Additional certification in Tours & Travels marketing is an added advantage
∎ Adequate Travel marketing experience from the recognized IATA institution will be an extra asset
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Visit and monitor direct in area of responsibility
∎ Maintain relation with corporate houses, Sub agents, Visa agent, indoor/ Outdoor tour operator and etc.
∎ Give input about competitor activity and market condition in area of responsibility
∎ To control day to day sales activities & revenues
∎ Submitting sales calls plans and reports to superior
∎ Integrity of ticket distribution and accountability
∎ Negotiating contracts with sub agents, corporate accounts and recommending actions accordingly
∎ Must be able to updates and reconciliation of the sales proceeds on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Ability to deal with/ communicate with overseas/local suppliers/agents of different countries of the world and negotiate with them for getting the best deal (Answering phones, Email and any other social media professionally, courteously and promptly)
∎ Co-ordination with Embassy, Airline, Hotels, Holidays Packages, Visa Processing & Other Service Providers
∎ Must be able to collect payment from customers for tickets before the IATA payments dates
∎ Ability to meet and exceed demanding of sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have good understanding about sales and strong in market analysis
∎ Proven work experience as corporate marketer
∎ Energetic , result - oriented , hardworking and willing to learn
∎ Pleasant personality with good communication ability in English
∎ Sales experience is essential , comprehensive , up to date service knowledge is also required
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Self-driven and must possess can do attitude
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arises
∎ Good command on computer such as MS Office, special in Excel, Internet browsing, mobile applications, etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending upon proficiency and experiences.
