∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Six Months probation period. On successful completion of probation period, the job will be confirmed. If performance is not satisfactory, job might not be extended.
∎ We searched the employee who have the mentality to work long time with us.
∎ Work under pressure & work with the big team will be considered as the 1st & strong quality of the applicant.
∎ Good command over Computer (Ms Word, Excel) will get extra priority.
∎ Online marketing skills (Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube) and mindset and ability to work as an online marketing team member will be highly preferred.
∎ Experience of working as Marketing Officer in Diagnostic/Clinic/Hospital/Pharmaceuticals Will get 1st priority.
∎ Smart Dress up, Good Communication skill, Situation maintenance skill is very important criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to achieve monthly and yearly sales and collection target from his territory which will be given him by management.
∎ Create a strong Client base relationship for potential Opportunities.
∎ Create new business opportunities.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
∎ Identify and develop prospective clients.
∎ Contribute and develop marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
∎ To visit different clients to introduce company services and features.
∎ Close monitoring of the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ With Basic salary there have Monthly, Quarterly (every 3 months) & Yearly Target Reward
