• Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Implement marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and targeted advertising, to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and collateral that effectively showcase our products and services.
