• Age 23 to 35 years

• Conduct door-to-door B2B visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Generate leads, present company services, and arrange meetings between clients and management.

• Understand client needs and provide customized marketing or project solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects to ensure follow-up and deal conversion.

• Conduct market visits to gather insights on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with management to create and execute client acquisition strategies.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and client interactions.

• Ensure all business development activities are conducted professionally and ethically, representing the company’s image positively in the field.
