∎ BA/ Diploma in Hotel, Restaurant Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
∎ Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety.
∎ Monitor inventory, control cost, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.
∎ Check quality of deliveries of food and beverage.
∎ Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function:
∎ Liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic beverages ordered
∎ Order of service
∎ Count bank at end of shift; complete designated cashier reports and drop receipts; secure bank.
∎ All other duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of relevant experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area "Restaurant Management,"
∎ Complaints about food quality or service.
∎ Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.
∎ Good communication and person skills
∎ Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
∎ Have confidence, self-drive and enthusiastic
