Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design strategy based on market scenario, competition and opportunities.
∎ Develop pipeline for the women care range vis-à-vis market opportunities.
∎ Develop product pricing & positioning.
∎ Product launch in co-ordination with support functioned.
∎ Utilizing the relevant experience into developing customized niche strategy.
∎ Develop long term & midterm strategies in line with the vision of the group.
∎ Develop product pricing and profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • At least 10 year(s) of experience in industry.
∎ • 5 Years in women care products.
∎ • Relevant Experience in sanitary Pads will be preferred
