∎ We are looking for young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
∎ Arrange project visit to the clients as per requirements.
∎ Maintain a fruitful relationship with potential and existing customers.
∎ Manage Sales Team schedule, file important sales documents and communicate vital information with the sales team.
∎ Handle client phone calls, emails, and quotation requests.
∎ Coordination of suppliers and importation.
∎ Analyze and enter sales, expense, and new business data to track product line sales and costs.
∎ Tender document preparation, tender filing, and quotation preparation.
∎ Maintain market analysis on sales information from competitors and new up-coming projects from other industries such as factories, hotels, hospitals, government institutions etc.
∎ Manage, update and follow- up on the Sales ERP (Sales Lead/Sales Loss/Sales Win).
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and provide feedback to the Management on regular basis.
∎ Manage and follow-up on Customer Feedback.
∎ Coordinating sales meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
∎ Coordinate with the Finance Team and maintain an up-to-date stock availability report for each product for customer or sales team needs.
∎ Product shipment orders should be coordinated and placed with the logistics team.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
∎ "APPLICANT WITH LESSER EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE POSTS OF ASST. MANAGER MARKETING OR MARKETING EXECUTIVE"
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Female Candidates Preferred.
∎ Good market planner
∎ Good managerial skills
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Excellent Communication skills (Written & Spoken) in English and Bengali.
∎ Experience in working with MS Office and ERP systems.
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a competitive environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
