Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
∎ Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
∎ Create engaging content, promotions and campaigns.
∎ Coordinate offline marketing activities, including events and collaborations.
∎ Handle customer engagement and respond to inquiries online.
∎ Work with food delivery platforms and manage online listings.
∎ oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
