Context:

• Subodh Biri Factory has been a leader in tobacco since 1968. With a dedicated team of 6 sales officers and 39 sales representatives, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products/services to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies and managing our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and sales management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales officers and representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results.
