∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Marketing. MBA would be appreciated

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as long term.
∎ Planning sales forecast, budget and market strategy.
∎ Should be a corporate sales expert.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target in acquiring vendors and driving sales in tanbinas.com to consumers.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
∎ Promotion planning & execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3+ years similar work experience at senior level in one of the leading online marketplace in Bangladesh or Overseas (e.g. amazon, alibaba, daraz, ajkerdeal, evaly, etc.)
∎ Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing expert.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Management, Sales Forecast, Team management
∎ Skills Required: Business Strategy, Computer skill, Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ Must have strong customer data to increase customer engagement.
∎ Must be smart, good looking and energetic
∎ Must have Outgoing and Friendly Personality
∎ Freshers do not need to apply.
