Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience working in Microsoft office package (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).
∎ Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints. Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Smart, well-groomed and well mannered
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
