Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
∎ The incumbent must be able to read, write, speak and listen better in English. The candidates having English medium background education will be preferred.
∎ Other important attributes are Problem-solving abilities, Computer literacy, interpersonal and intrapersonal negotiation skills will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, Customer Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Advertisement, Branding, Client service skills, Communication in English, Good communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Filling Station, Fire Fighting and Safety
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the marketing team and overseeing the marketing strategies.
∎ Generating new business leads in line with the company policy.
∎ Coordinating with the sales, financial, engineering, and personnel departments.
∎ Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Managing the marketing department's staff.
∎ Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ Promoting brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
∎ Capable to conduct meetings/discussions with foreigners and locals.
∎ Capable to do "Trouble Shooting" of issues independently, as far as possible.
∎ Must be able to create online activities like selling products, promotions, etc.
∎ Developing and managing Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing campaigns.
∎ Developing and devising strategies to drive online traffic to e-commerce.
∎ Keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Digital Marketing, Media Planning/ Media Buying, E-commerce, Web Media/Blog, Marketing experience on Access Control, Fire & Safety equipment and services.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary mentioned here is considered as starting salary, which will be reviewed after completing an initial 3 months probationary period, to the satisfaction of the management.

Our products and services have been widely acclaimed by the government, semi-government and private organizations. We are the first of our kind to market such products and services in Bangladesh.
Government Approval of our products & services:
Our Electronic Seal & Lock got approval and specified for use in the revenue control firstly in July 2015and then gazette was issued in November 2016 vide SRO No. 330/Ain/2016/66/Customs of 2016 under the heading of “Electronic Seal O Lock Sheba Bidhimala, 2016” issued by the NBR under IRD. This SRO was subsequently replaced in January 2017 that one was also amended in June 2018, and lastly further amendment was done in October 2019 by SRO being No. 336-Ain/2019/48/Customs. The last one was to amend “import & export items to and from Chittagong Seaport and ICD (Off-dock)” to “Import, Export, Transit, Transshipment to Customs Port, Customs Station, Customs Inland Container Depot, Customs Inland Water Container, Terminal, Export Processing Zone and Special Economic Zones”.
Our Plans for the Future
Our company has been engaged with a Singaporean company to use their products, namely; Cold Galvanizing (Zingametall) and Soil Stabilizer (Terrafirma) for the maintenance of metallic structures of plants and construction and repair of roads.
Conclusion
Thus, our activities now consist of the following areas: a) Electronic Seal & Lock, providing Wireless Solutions. b) Electromechanical security solutions. Electronic door lock for petroleum and oil refinery industry to curb adulteration and pilferage. c) Cold Galvanizing, which is a one-component anti-corrosion zinc coating system. d) Soil Stabilizer, which is based on using plasticizers (special polymers) as an additive to the road-building materials to make an amalgam that increases the longevity of constructed roads.
