Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage, coordinate, monitor, and review set programs to ensure business objectives and benefits are realized. Resource management: planning, booking, and coordinating resources with the project.
∎ Most importantly, the Manager should have the capabilities to learn and then run the organization independently. However, other functions are as follows: Monitor the company's overall budget and finance in collaboration with the CEO, GM/DGM, Head of Finances and Administration. Organize the working process in between the top management and departments. Lead daily, weekly, monthly coordination meetings. Monitor the implementation and proper execution of the overall operational plan of the company. Manage overall coordination when the GM/DGM is not present. Manage human resources and the hiring process of new employees. Monitor the Administration works. Ensure application of internal company rules. Ensure compliance of government set policies, in all respects. Ensure hygiene, safety, and security of the company assets and personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having exposure in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, E-commerce, Web Media, Web Blog, Access Control, Fire & Safety equipment in any service-oriented company, will be considered as added advantages. This job involves fieldwork.
∎ Our flagship product- Electronic Seal & Lock is basically a service-oriented business. Experience in the fleet management field will also buttress well with the job.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ The selected candidate will be initially taken on a Probation Period of 3 months & subsequently based on satisfactory performance will be absorbed in Regular/Permanent employment. The management reserves the right to change or modify any of the conditions for deserving candidates.

ALIF CORPORATION is a proprietorship business established in 2015 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

02. What do we do?

a) We are a service provider of Electronic Seal & Lock (ESL) which is a complete solution against the pilfering of high-value assets and goods either in transit or in a stationary state. Our major clients are the export and import-oriented industries, tanker trucks (Tank Lorries), and such cargoes whose goods are subject to thievery in transit with conventional seals and locks. With ESL as locking devices, these types of cargo thefts could be eliminated completely. b) We are also in the business of Anti-corrosion technologies, using world-renowned "ZingaMetall", a Cold-film galvanizing application. c) We also do road construction by using "TerraFirma" polymer, a soil stabilizer, in place of conventional methods of road construction. Basically, we are a Sales & Service provider, a pioneer in the marketing and servicing of ‘Electronic Seal and Lock’ to secure high-value assets whether in transit or in a stationary state, in Bangladesh. We are also engaged in the Electro-Mechanical Locks.
