Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to develop and implement Annual Business plan and prepare the annual departmental budget and P&L statement.
∎ Meet the turnover, gross margin, and EBT (Earnings Before Tax) target of the entire department.
∎ Closely monitor the macro environment of the business and positively react for enabling the department to comply with any changes.
∎ Closely work with Business Director and contribute to the company's strategic decision making process
∎ Develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image, and quality.
∎ Improve cost base to ensure brand profitability and affordability
∎ Monitor distribution width and depth to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
∎ Supervise to develop all advertising campaigns in print, electronic and outdoor media as well as event management.
∎ Liaison with government regulatory bodies, Ad agencies, Research firms, and other relevant profit as well as non-profit bodies for smooth business operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 38 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in FMCG Company with a proven track record.
∎ Excellent understanding of FMCG market, market behavior, and consumer trends, consumer needs, and potential area for future growth
∎ Very good understanding of the newly developed technologies and processes relating to FMCG business.
