Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquiring new customer sign ups.
∎ Reporting on number of customer sign ups daily.
∎ Acquire 5+ website sign ups daily.
∎ Report and respond to us daily, on time, and accordingly.
∎ Contributing to our documentation and improving our support processes.
∎ We maintain an ETA of 24 hours so you must reply to the emails within this timeframe.
∎ Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
∎ Video training
∎ Standard operating procedures to follow
∎ Access to the Lead customer support to answer all your questions.
∎ We run a Global Trade Network that operates in multiple different countries.
