∎ Experience for customer handling for China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore etc

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sources new Importer for Cargo services from Malaysia, Thailand, China etc.
∎ Follow-up, monitoring and coordination of all commercial works.
∎ Follow up Import & Export related activities
∎ Co-ordinate with logistics as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incident.
∎ Directly deal with the Top Management in all related aspect.
∎ Negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
