To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Must be a hard work and should have the ability to work under pressure.
Must have the ability to achieve sales targets.
Able to handle several buyers/styles at a time.
Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure and monitor different work order and follow-up accordingly.
To communicate with different Agent for collecting Passport on the basis of criteria.
To communicate with the worker and need to convince them for Visa application.
Need to ensure sector wise VISA Rate and Salary/Basic with OT, and share the accurate information with workers and Our Respective Travel Agent.
Need to inform and collect workers Payment (Advance Payments and Others Payments) If Applicable.
Have to have the mentality to work under pressure and achieve company goals.
Establish your own customer network and preserve long-term business relationships with existing customers.
Capable of preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as daily reporting to supervisor.
Everyday Contact customers, Manpower, and others Travel Agents to update them about our existing and new order and collect new passport in advance.
Provide direct customer service at sales counter with travel suggestions and provide the Required information, such as schedule, Air Tickets fare, policy, and restrictions.
