Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers and clients.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
Provide accurate information about recruitment services, job opportunities, and company procedures.
Maintain daily records of customer communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure proper customer service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned customer service and marketing targets.
