• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Retail/Distribution Banking, Performance Management, MIS, Portfolio Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

• Experience in Retail portfolio performance tracking, business analytics and management reporting will be strongly preferred.

• Strong working command of SQL, Power BI/MicroStrategy or similar BI/analytics tools; working knowledge of Python will be an added advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, modeling and management presentations.

• Sound understanding of branch/product profitability analysis, incentive/scorecard design and budgeting & forecasting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy particularly in incentive/payout calculations.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with Business, Finance, HR and Distribution teams.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines under pressure.

Job Context

ONE Bank PLC is looking for an analytically strong, business-oriented professional for the position of Associate Manager/Senior Manager, MIS & Performance Management, Retail Banking & Branch Distribution. The incumbent will own portfolio and performance analytics for the Retail business; tracking growth, profitability and productivity and converting data into clear, actionable recommendations for Senior Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Retail portfolio performance i.e. deposits, CASA, assets, customer acquisition, portfolio quality, revenue and profitability against business plans and targets.

• Track branch, product and sales-force performance; identify underperformance and drive corrective action plans through to closure.

• Build and maintain the Retail Portfolio Performance Management framework, dashboards and MIS for accurate, timely reporting to Senior Management.

• Design and maintain Sales Staff Scorecards and calculate incentive/commission payouts with rigorous data validation and governance.

• Analyze campaigns and product performance and recommend course corrections and future initiatives.

• Convert portfolio and performance data into clear, decision-ready presentations for Senior Management.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and KPI/target setting in partnership with Retail Banking and Branch Distribution.

• Leverage SQL, Power BI/MicroStrategy and other BI tools to automate reporting and strengthen data accuracy.

• Coordinate with Business, Finance, HR and IT/MIS to ensure consistent data flows and ensure compliance with audit and policy requirements on performance data.
