Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a bag, handbag, or leather goods manufacturing factory located in Bangladesh.

• Previous experience as a Sewing Supervisor, Sewing Section Supervisor, Sewing Line Supervisor, or in an equivalent position is required.

• Experience in a leather handbag manufacturing factory will be strongly preferred.

Job Summary

Keifung Leatherware Manufactory Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Sewing Section Supervisor for its leather handbag manufacturing operations in Bangladesh.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the sewing section of a bag, handbag, or leather goods manufacturing factory located in Bangladesh.

Candidates must have practical knowledge of bag-making processes and sewing layout planning and preparation. The ability to train team members, improve product quality and production output, evaluate employee performance fairly, and make timely decisions is essential for this position.
