Swarnobhumi is an integrated agro-based business project of Basumati Agro on company-owned land. The project combines livestock research & dairy, seed research & processing, a leisure resort, and an Islamic foundation & agro-based welfare centre. Participation is offered through land shares under a Shariah-based Musharaka model, where partners share the profit of the agro and seed-processing businesses as per contract, with Sub-Kabala registration of their share of land.

To introduce Swarnobhumi to prospective partners, explain the Musharaka-based land share model honestly and clearly, and convert qualified leads into registered shareholders, while building long-term trust with every partner.

• Generate and follow up leads through personal network, referrals, campaigns, events and corporate/community outreach.

• Present the project (share price, instalment plan, resort benefits, Sub-Kabala process, profit-sharing structure) to prospects in person, by phone and online.

• Arrange and conduct site visits to the project and coordinate with the project team during visits.

• Handle objections and queries, and follow up consistently until a decision is reached.

• Complete booking formalities: application form, documents, payment schedule and handover to Accounts/Legal.

• Maintain daily lead tracker/CRM, follow-up log and weekly sales report.

• Follow up on monthly instalment collection and keep shareholders informed and satisfied.

• Communicate only approved information. Never promise fixed or guaranteed profit; explain that profit is distributed as per signed contract and actual business performance.

• Support marketing activities, seminars and campus/community activations as assigned.
