• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle urgent assignments and meet deadlines.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design, animation, and video editing skills.

• Design creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for digital and print media.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.
• Develop motion graphics, animated videos, logo animations, and promotional animations.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and corporate presentations.
• Create professional video advertisements, promotional videos, and brand awareness content.
• Handle video cutting, trimming, color correction, color grading, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
• Develop creative visual content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging recruitment advertisements, job circulars, and manpower recruitment promotional content.
• Design company profiles, presentations, corporate documents, and other branding materials.
• Ensure all designs and videos maintain the company's brand identity, visual consistency, and professional standards.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and social media content trends.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver all assignments within deadlines.
• Review and revise designs and videos based on management feedback.
• Organize and maintain design files, video projects, raw footage, and other creative assets.
• Operate professional creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Prepare final creative assets in appropriate formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Support the marketing and business development teams with creative ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
