Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Graduate in any discipline preferably in Marketing/Business Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with service provider acquisition by day to day visits to meet monthly target of the company in given categories & areas.
∎ You will have to collect potential service provider information for on-boarding with the company.
∎ Team members have a responsibility to keep in touch with following team leader and inform day to day work update, discussed about difficulties and follow the team leader instruction according to the company policy.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly ongoing plan to on-boarding potential service provider with the system.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective service provider regularly.
∎ You will be responsible to represent and solve provider's queries and questions related to the company, its products and ideas.
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and generate provider acquisition.
∎ Buildup strong relationship along with the service provider
∎ Develop and implement aggressive provider acquisition strategies
∎ Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities
∎ Convince the service provider on win-win partnership and motivate them on commission sharing
∎ Collect, forecast and analyses the market data for operating plan
∎ Monitor competitors' movement and take proactive/reactive measures
∎ Train up the service provider about company apps & web.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development activities
∎ Sound knowledge on various daily needs services
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sharp, intelligent with attractive personality
∎ Hardworking and target oriented with winning attitude pleasant personality
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (MS-WORD, MS- EXCEL, Internet browsing & Email Correspondence, Bangla composing, etc).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Convincing power and negotiation skill
∎ Self-confidence
