Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is required. MBA or equivalent degree from reputed university will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Management, Project Implementation, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures etc.
∎ Work with Corporate Planning to identify product viability/ profitability and prepare relevant matrix for analysis.
∎ Managing existing partners and find out new Partners/Products/Services to support RBS sales team.
∎ Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas, also product or packaging changes with the help of market research.
∎ Identify/generate large and specialized business opportunities and convert the same into additional/new business for the company.
∎ Closely observing the strategic product related moves of the competitors and advise product managers.
∎ Evaluation and improvement of unit wise business development strategies.
∎ Market data analysis and making associated product recommendations.
∎ Drive data-based formulation of core product line strategies and resulting success.
∎ Direct key stakeholders within, and across, the organization to ensure accelerated product adoption.
∎ Support development of business cases for new product and pricing proposals.
∎ Knowledge on Go-To- Market plan and analysis
∎ Plan and development on RBS Branding and digital marketing

∎ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
∎ Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Effective team player and people manager.
∎ Ability to perform multiple tasks
∎ Knowledge about Product Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Product life-cycle management and Liaison with Principals.
