Job Context:

A reputed Eye & Dental Hospital is looking for a result-driven Marketing Executive to build strong networks with doctors, diagnostic centers, and increase patient flow through regular field activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular doctor visit and maintain professional relationships

• Diagnostic center visit and test referral collection

• Generate new patient leads and increase hospital reach

• Visit nearby hospitals/clinics for networking

• Promote hospital services to patients and partners

• Assist in patient counseling and follow-up

• Prepare daily/weekly activity report

Job Context:

• The hospital is also hiring a proactive Camp Organizer to plan, manage, and execute eye/dental camps in different communities, institutions, and corporate offices to expand outreach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize eye & dental camps in schools, offices, and local communities

  1. Coordinate with institutions for camp permission and scheduling

  2. Manage camp setup, logistics, and team coordination

  3. Ensure patient registration and smooth camp operation

  4. Promote camps to maximize patient turnout

  5. Collect patient data and ensure proper follow-up to hospital

  6. Prepare camp reports and performance summaries
