Responsibilities & Context:
Provide basic patient care in the ward
Assist doctors in OPD and OT procedures
Assist in ophthalmic surgeries including SICS, Phaco, DCR, DCT
Prepare Ophthalmic OT (instrument setup and sterilization)
Assist in various eye examination tests (e.g., vision test, IOP measurement, etc.)
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, etc.)
Assist in patient counselling and instructions
Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control
Provide support during emergency situations
