  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ICT/Mobile Applications/Software or relevant sector will be appreciated

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla

  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and report-writing skills

  • Possess the skill to work within a team and also perform independently

  • Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of ICT

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.

  • Assist with post-sale client onboarding or support as required.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the company’s offerings and expand visibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for training and innovation programs

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis

  • Develop promotional materials and digital content

  • Assist with brand development and positioning

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics

  • Coordinate with university clubs, startup communities, and training cohorts

  • Support product launches and outreach events

  • Maintain and update marketing contact databases

  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for campaign execution
