∎ Science graduate. Applied chemistry/ polymer chemistry knowledge will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take a leadership role in creating and developing sustainable business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities in adhesives and specialty chemical sector
∎ Will be responsible for new business development in adhesives for furniture and interior designing industry
∎ Working with the end applicators to ensure business and market growth
∎ Various trouble shooting related to adhesives at customer's end
∎ Regular market visits to search new opportunities to enhance sales and market presence
∎ New product launch
∎ New product development based on customers' feedback
∎ Channel management for sales and new business development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 3-5 years of sales and marketing in relevant industry
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS- Office packages is must
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Language Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English and Bangla
