∎ Proven experience in event planning, fundraising, or nonprofit development, with a track record of successful event coordination
∎ Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct stakeholder mapping to understand stakeholders’ interests and needs and identify potential supporters for SAJIDA’s programs
∎ Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns and trends in market conditions and donor behaviors to inform strategic decision making
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to jointly organize events, workshops, roundtables, policy briefings, etc.
∎ Collaborate with different internal departments to create promotional materials.
∎ Utilize social media and engage with the community to generate interest and attendance for events.
∎ Collaborate with finance and program staff to develop accurate budgets and ensure optimal utilization of the budget during campaign implementation.
∎ Track and analyze data related to fundraising efforts, including attendance, donations, and expenses, to evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Establish thought leadership for SAJIDA’s programs among partners through the execution of a diverse range of events aimed at spotlighting the programs.
∎ Expand SAJIDA's stakeholder network globally and locally

∎ Collaborate with finance and program staff to develop accurate budgets and ensure optimal utilization of the budget during campaign implementation.
