Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The individual will be responsible for marketing Jence products in both locally and internationally.
∎ Create marketing materials, update website, website content writing, tracking sales, answering customer inquries, maintain downloads and update website with products periodically.
∎ Create Youtube videos and maintain and update videos in Bengali and English.
∎ Create target audience, make customer calls and maintain customer relationship.
∎ Research competitors, their products and suggest new products proposal.
∎ Provide customer support and direct support to appropriate people in the company.
∎ Organize meeting, conference calls and customer site visit for project evaluation.
∎ Market using Social Media accounts: X (Twitter), Facebook, Internet, Forums, LinkedIn and other sites.
∎ Manage Amazon account (owned by Jence)
∎ Manage Alibaba account (owned by Jence)
∎ Write online articles on Jence products
∎ Seeking individuals with technical prowess to fill up several Technical marketing positions.
