Job Context:
∎ Northern Real Estate Limited, a sister company of Praasad Group is looking for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Address: 6, Kemal Atarurk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target & able to discharge responsibilities independently with expected result.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex and competitive work situation.
∎ Making plan for individuls and group to achieve sales target.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Provide monthly performance report/ feedback of the sales with detail status.
∎ Capability to answer customers query on products, price, availability, payment terms & condition and have clear knowledge on FAR calculation and Bank loans etc.
∎ Collect customers' information and provide market forecast & sales planning. Also responsible for providing day to day sales report to the Management on regular basis.
∎ Motivate & manage existing and potential customers through personal contact, physical visit & meeting.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
