Responsibilities & Context:
Handle client inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and direct office visits
Provide proper counseling regarding visa processing, air tickets, holiday packages, hotel booking, and travel-related services
Communicate with clients professionally and understand their travel requirements
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Visit corporate offices and generate new business opportunities
Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities
Coordinate with the operations team regarding visa processing and tour arrangements
Maintain client database and daily sales reports
Assist in achieving monthly sales and business targets
Manage social media client responses and basic customer support
Attend meetings, travel fairs, promotional events, and corporate visits when required
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company reputation
