• Develop and implement effective marketing communication
  strategies for both e-commerce and physical outlets across Bangladesh.

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels including website, social media, digital ads, PR, and in-store branding.

• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns
  (Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, email, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.

• Oversee content creation and creative design for banners,
  posters, videos, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate offline marketing activities such as billboards,
  leaflets, event promotions, and store launches.

• Manage media relations, press releases, influencer marketing and CSR communications.

• Work closely with the e-commerce, sales, product, and
  customer service teams to align messaging with business goals.

• Lead and manage the Marketing Communications team, ensuring productivity, skill development, and effective collaboration.

• Handle budgeting, vendor management and media buying for marketing campaigns.
