Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct market analysis and research, assist in lead generation and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
∎ In addition to working in alignment with our company culture, you will be responsible for managing CRM tools, creating marketing content for LinkedIn and our website, and contributing to our fast-growing team's success.
∎ Key Responsibilities are as follows:
∎ Market Research and Lead Generation.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
∎ Generate leads through targeted channels.
∎ Identify prospective leads and evaluate their potential as clients.
∎ Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are crucial for the research.
∎ CRM Management.
∎ Input and maintain data life cycle in CRM tools as per format and instruction.
∎ Manage and monitor leads activities.
∎ Utilize CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
∎ Provide daily progress reports on work activities.
∎ Support for Team Growth.
∎ Collaborate with team members to support their growth and development.
∎ Assist with tasks that contribute to the achievement of team goals.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Develop marketing content for LinkedIn and our website, such as blogs, static, dynamic, carousel, and infomercial content.
∎ Content writing and graphics design would be an added advantage.
∎ Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)1-2 years of working experience in market research and B2B lead generation is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work hard, to adapt and uphold the company culture.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
