Responsibilities & Context:

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- Leading the team to achieve monthly Revenue & KPI achievements.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collecting and verifying outlet databases with the help of the team.
- Managing team performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvements.
- Market visit to Monitoring daily workflow of his team members.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key retailers.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Training team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Communicating campaigns promptly, and providing on-field training.
- Identify weak performers of the team and prepare the SR pool for replacements.
JOB LOCATION: Throughout Bangladesh (The locally qualified candidates will be assigned to their respective regions).
