Responsibilities & Context:

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  • Analyze market data to understand the demand for Accounts, Tax, Secretarial, and HR consulting services.

  • Monitor and report on competitive activity.

Client Insights:

  • Identify and profile target client segments.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Develop client personas and journey maps to enhance service delivery.

Strategic Recommendations:

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis to help guide business development efforts.

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for service expansion.

  • Present findings and insights to senior management with actionable recommendations.

Data Collection and Management:

  • Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.

  • Utilize various data sources, including market reports, client databases, and industry publications.

  • Maintain and manage research databases.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings.

  • Document research processes and methodologies for future reference.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align research with business goals.

  • Collaborate with service line leaders to tailor offerings based on market insights.

  • Participate in strategy sessions to contribute market-based perspectives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest market research techniques and tools.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve research processes and methodologies.

  • Provide training and support to other team members on market research practices.
