Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in CSE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must understand our company's business proposition and create an overall marketing strategy targeting the desired customer base.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Be proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SMO including expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Face book, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, Google Ad-Words and YouTube marketing.
∎ Boost up sales
∎ Closely monitor and successfully deal with our Client
∎ Mailing client and convince customers.
∎ Marketing plan.
∎ Visit customers if required.
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues.
∎ Create & Launch different campaigns as per the market.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh.
