Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Making plan for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
∎ Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
∎ Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
∎ Manage relationships with existing client and ensure long term relation through quality & standard service.
∎ Build a high performance sales team through performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring and training.
