∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ ICMAB, ICAB, ACCA Qualified/ partially qualified. ITP, Vat consultants

∎ Age 35 to 60 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corporate and individual income tax planning for future period and Income tax planning for finalization of assessment of Company's and Individual.
∎ Handle Appellate Tribunal, Tribunal, when needed. Handle NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters.
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of annual Corporate Tax return and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Preparation of annual Tax return and Tax audit for the organization.
∎ Monitor legislative and regulatory Tax & VAT law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the Tax & VAT team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to VAT &Taxation legislation.
∎ Continuously update VAT management policies and ensure compliance of VAT laws.
∎ Represent as a company representative for hearing, assessment & settlement of VAT related issue with Govt. authorities and resolve for the best interest of the group.
∎ Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's Tax & VAT return and other tax documents.
∎ Filing Tax Return and withholding Tax Return and submit it to authority.
∎ Ensure Tax and VAT deduction at sources as per Tax ordinance & VAT act.
∎ Face Audit Tax & VAT personnel and produce required documents.
∎ Regularly train coworkers on changes in Tax and VAT laws.
∎ Provide support with various internal audits and special Tax & VAT related projects.
∎ Analyze transactions to determine correct VAT settlement.
∎ Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Agencies,
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation,
∎ Prepare and execute the individual Income tax files of all employee of the organization if needed.
∎ Perform any other duty as directed by the Management.
