Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer requires and requests (via mail & phone) in a timely manner.
∎ Process orders, provide invoice, share layouts on time to customers.
∎ Proper order management, share order status / delivery information to customers.
∎ Coordinate with operation team and other departments on delivery of goods and services on time.
∎ Handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and services standard.
∎ Educate new customers regarding order placing, system knowledge and information.
∎ Provide suggestions to supervisor on the improvement of the current order / process / operation flow to increase efficiency.
∎ Provide selling support to respond to management needs.
∎ Follow up on-time payments, faster documentation and support commercial / credit team to closed order.
∎ Follow company, department policy and according to established procedures / SOP.
∎ Maintain and take actions to be align with department goal, objectives & KPIs.
∎ Ensure Champion customer needs and best service experience.
∎ Have knowledge of customer garment production lead time, product lines etc.
∎ Visit customers whenever require and critical issues resolution.
