Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing companies Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and other forecasting statements as per management requirements.
∎ Review and analyze expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable and appropriate for the circumstances
∎ Prepare Yearly Capacity Plan
∎ Production Efficiency cost analysis.
∎ Review overhead expenditure and analysis process
∎ Cost Audit Planning & Execution
∎ Responsible to control and monitor total expenditure including Justifying Purchase Requisition, Negotiation with Supplier, Place PO, Verifying Bill, and Process bills for payment in accordance with company’s laid down policies, procedures, and guideline
∎ Coordinating with other departments such as Human Resources, Admin, Accounting, and Finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked
∎ Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes advice when required.
∎ Follow up Tax & VAT Issues
∎ Working Capital Management
∎ Value chain analysis.
∎ Conduct internal audit for improve control in an organization.
∎ Loss hour analysis (which department is liable for this and overcome from drawback)
∎ Conducting cost analyses audit to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether
∎ Prepare reports to management regarding costs and expenses
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
