∎ Tool structured as a skills matrix to map organizations, assess and track employee skills, abilities and competency levels. Execute by combining multiple methods, peer assessments, performance data and KPIs, to help and develop a comprehensive skills matrix.
∎ Performance Management & Employee Engagement Training, HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making Training, Enhances workplace culture and motivation.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) – A beneficial qualification for HR professional Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) – Recognized globally for HR professionals.
∎ Experience in managing projects from inception to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Rapid structural transformations.
∎ A more varied, outward-looking strategy is preferred.

∎ Assist the software team in the overall management and strategic direction of the business; develop and implement employee records, company HR policies, procedures and workforce strategies, and performance reviews.
