Job Context:
∎ A reputed Large Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidates for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (MIS) at its Head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ The company is exporting goods of 7-8 Million USD value per month.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the Management Information System (MIS) Team and ensure preparing different MIS related statements/reports (both commercial & financial) independently.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities of the position is as follows:
∎ Day to Day Bank transaction monitoring/checking & preparation of Daily financial position.
∎ Fund forecasting report preparation on monthly basis
∎ Fund Management for day to day fund requirement meet up.
∎ Export invoice & Export Doc’s checking with related papers & preparation of detail Export performance on daily/monthly/yearly basis.
∎ Monitoring of daily export doc’s submission & realization.
∎ Following up Bank Doc’s submission & realization.
∎ Monitoring & reporting of short realization.
∎ Monitoring/ Checking of Master LC wise Back to Back LC opening, Acceptance given, Bank Maturity Given & Payment release
∎ Order wise Fabrics order sheet checking and Budget sheet/ Costing sheet checking
∎ Order wise post costing preparation.
∎ Accessories, Yarn, Fabrics & Chemical related Purchase requisition & Purchase order monitoring / checking with related budget & approved comparative statement
∎ Party Acceptance Doc’s / Bill monitoring or checking.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the senior management officials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 8 years related experience in reputed knit composite garments, out of which 3 years in Manager(MIS) position are only encouraged to apply
∎ Should have hands on Commercial & Financial Knowledge
∎ Should have excellent analytical & reporting skills
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
∎ Should have excellent Computer Skills especially in MS Excel and ERP software.
