∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Must be experienced in Fabric Quality experience for H & M Buyer
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Validate yarn quality standard by USTER test and yarn test.
∎ Approve sample fabric as per approved swatch/STD.
∎ Prepare and maintain department budget.
∎ Ensure the bulk production based on approved FTD and sample fabric parameter.
∎ Approve bulk shade roll as per approved FTD and counter sample
∎ Maintain “Munsell Hue” report
∎ Validate finish fabric inspection report & provide certificate.
∎ Conduct product and material audit.
∎ Share buyers updated comments with RMG & Textile departments.
∎ Suggest for quality issue during production stage.
∎ Analyse monthly inspection report & find out root cause and suggestion for improvement
∎ Monitoring all safety issue as per H&M safety requirements
∎ Monitoring 'Follow up audit' as per H&M requirements
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality & Merchandising department.
∎ Performed as a team leader of the H&M GPQ team
∎ Conduct monthly GPQ Audit for H&M Buyer & face H&M buyer final GPQ audit.
